Kitchen Sink Fried Rice

Ingredients:

  • 2-3 Cups of rice

  • ½ Onion

  • 1 Cup of peas and carrots

  • 1 pound of any leftover meat

  • Vegetable oil

  • Spices: pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, sweet and sour, soy sauce

Directions:

Make the rice in a rice cooker or use leftover rice. In a wok or extra large pan heat the oil. Saute the chopped onion until softened. Add the peas and carrots with the spices. Chop the leftover meat and add to the mixture. Finally add the rice and the sauces. Mix well and serve.

This recipe is a great way to turn your leftovers into something new. Most meats and vegetables will work in this recipe.
