Stir Fry Noodles

Ingredients:

  • 1 Ramen Package

  • 1 pound of any meat

  • 1 Red Bell pepper

  • ½ Onion

  • Broccoli

  • Vegetable Oil

  • Spices: salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, red chili flakes, soy sauce, oyster sauce, ginger, hoisin sauce

Stir-fried noodles with sliced carrots, green onions, and onions in a dark frying pan.

Directions:

In a wok or extra large skillet heat up oil. Saute thickly sliced onions. Chop the meat of your choice into strips or chunks. Add the meat and spices to the pan. Add a tablespoon of oyster, hoisin, and soy sauces. Slice the bell pepper thick like the onion. Then add the peppers and broccoli to the pan. Make a hole in the middle of the pan and place the ramen noodles in the middle. Once the noodles soften, mix all the ingredients together and serve.

Tips:

You can use a package of stir fry veggies to avoid chopping vegetables. If you want a thicker noodle, Udon is really good. You will need to cook them by boiling them before stir frying them. If you want more spice, add Thai peppers.
