Biscuits
Ingredients:
1 Can of Grands biscuits
1/2 pound of sausage or bacon
1/2 Onion
1/2 Bell pepper
1-2 Handfuls of shredded sharp cheddar
Directions:
Preheat oven according to the Grands package. Spray a skillet with oil or melt a small chunk of butter, just enough to coat the bottom of the pan. Sauté diced onion and bell pepper. Once softened, add the sausage or chopped bacon and cook thoroughly. Mix in the cheese until it is melty. Open the biscuits and split each in half. Fill half of the biscuits with the meat cheese filling and top with the other half. Pinch the halves together very well. Put the biscuits in the oven according to the Grands container. Let the biscuits cool on a wire rack
Tips and Tricks:
You can change up the filling with more veggies, different meats, and cheeses. You can also use different Grand biscuit flavors. I also love spinach, onion, and mozzarella or an apple cinnamon.
