Kahlua Pork

Ingredients:

  • 3-4 Pound Pork Shoulder

  • 1 Onion

  • 1 head of Cabbage

  • 12 Oz of pineapple juice

  • Soy Sauce

  • Spices: salt, pepper, garlic powder m, onion powder, crushed red pepper

Directions:

Place pork in crockpot. Add pineapple juice, soy sauce, and spices. Cook on high for 4 hours. Chop onion and cabbage into thick slices and add to the crockpot. Cook on high for another 4-6 hours until the pork pulls apart easily. If you have an Instapot, cook on slow cook for the same amount of time.

Tips:

Serve over white rice. If you like spice, add a couple of Thai peppers.
